Let me tell you my experience with CSII. At first when I done my polishing with them on my white car, I was full of praise and even recommended to my friends. I go fortnightly to get my car wash with them.
Within 3 months my white car starts to have black spots appearing on them. As a perfectionist on my white car, I took a day leave and went down straight to CSII. The male boss came to look at my car,said its ok, its only dirt. So I told him just need clay bar wash can already? Yes, but you can only come back after 5 as now their washing services only can start at 5 pm due to want to serivce those polishing customers first. As a customer I was never informed on this new timing before. So in my own thoughts, after service from CSII, you are second, people who pay more for polishing comes first. But I say my car in bad shape, again he said its only dirt and ask me where I stay. I said Bedok and his reply, oh very near can come back at 5.
Please be the judge of my experience and see how a customer should feel.

Let me make some clarification over here. The reason of asking the customer to come back for the wash after 5pm is as follow:
1. Inorder to let my guys to concentrate on the process during the day. (guess customer do not wants to see my staff doing halfway then stop and proceed to do carwash)2. we do not wants to have issue with the Authority (to know more, call me or pm me)3. You do not have to wait long during Nite washing as there is more staff to do the wash.4. Cooling temperature makes the wash easier and better for the paintwork too (to know in detail, pls call me or pm me.)5. If minor touch up need to be done, we can do on the spots.
As a professional, we do not wants to rush the job. Wheather if it is car wash or coating.
We will try to compromise with customer request, provided it is within our ability.
I have a customer who call me yesterday morning to request for daytime carwash, I told him we can only start after 5pm due to busy schedule. He starts to scold and says that the service is bad, Say before done CS-II everything can, after CS-II everything cannot, Wow lau, since when did i says that? I just ask him to comes after 5 pm mah. He then ask me when will be the next daywash available, I told him that We are open Sat and Sunday for day wash, then he say he will come and throw me this sentence "YOU ARE BUSY RITE, I WILL MAKE YOU MORE BUSY ON SAT" Can anyone enlighten me this, if we are right or wrong. If i were to do a rush wash, it is no diff from those Ah-Neh.

BTW, The nite wash is started just specially for CS-II Customer only, not for public.
The operation hour for nite washes is from 5pm ~9pm, Monday to Sat

If I were to understand CSII situation, will CSII understand as a customer's situation? I took leave, and my white car was in a mess. As a regular customer, cant I deserve a sorry that we did not inform you on the new timinf and CSII will book the first 5 oclock cleaning for you, rather than a reply, you stay near and can come back at 5? I am in the sales line, and customer are demanding at all times. I just could not stand it when I see no apology from CSII or ask me to come down so they can help me, instead reason on why we should understand CSII situation. I guess this is typical business where once it become popular, service standard starts to drop. See what I can comment to your reasons below;

I have done my washing a couple of times there, and I have seen none stop their polishing to wash my car, its usually someone who is free at the moment to wash my car, and usually is the tinting guy when he is not doing window tinting will wash my car.
2. we do not wants to have issue with the Authority (to know more, call me or pm me)
Washing car got issue with Authority, please enlighten all of us, as I dont think its so illegal to go public
3. You do not have to wait long during Nite washing as there is more staff to do the wash.
I did not plan to write my bad experince, until my next trip down to CSII to wash my car again, the same male boss, I ask him can I wash my car and his reply is you have to wait. I say how long, he said 1 hour, and I said why, he said cannot see people there waiting as well.
4. Cooling temperature makes the wash easier and better for the paintwork too (to know in detail, pls call me or pm me.)
CSII washing the car under the tent and later dry up at the showroom, isnt that cool enough
5. If minor touch up need to be done, we can do on the spots.
That was not my case for my dirty car, but instead a reply, you stay near, come back at 5pm
As a professional, we do not wants to rush the job. Wheather if it is car wash or coating.
This will depend on which staff is washing the car, I have my car washed but trust me it was not professional, and I did complainted to the lady in CSII, who I cant remember her name.
