Test have shown that no paint protection can last indefinitely without some form of maintenance.That's precisely the point. spend so much money already on something to protect the car, then still have to spend more money to maintain that something on regular basis. a bit LPPL. might as well do away with the "middleman", spend the money to directly maintain the car, eg just simple wax. imagine never do pps, i gotta clean off bird shit within 24hrs. after do pps, still have to clean off within 24hrs. then pps for what.Sorry sis, with due respect, i just feel that pps is just sales tactics. the benefits do sound very impressive.but do you guys realise that almost all the benefits pps give are not what drivers are going through in their daily driving? i do not see the issue with oxidation, fading, loss of gloss, blah blah... the problem face by drivers are actually bird shit, tree saps, sand/gravel/pebbles that whack the car and cause paint chip-offs and dents. and yet all these are not achieveable with pps. it can't prevent paint chips nor dents. and you still have to clean off bird shit within 24hrs. so what's the use of pps???This goes to reinforce my opinion yet again... pps is good for showroom cars. maintain high gloss and easy for the SEs to wipe off finger prints.Hi bro,After the CS-II application, there is a complimentary bottle of the preservation, Shampoo(125ml) and a pcs of micro-fiber towel given.All you need is to maintain it with the preservation wash for at least once a month by yourself. It helps to preserve the gloss and smoothless and also build up a tough coat on the paint with continuous use of the preservation. When no PPS done on a car paintwork, you will have to clean the bird droping off immediately so as it will not penetrate into your paintwork. When PPS is done, there is some grace period (within 24 hours) to remove the dropping, you will juz need to apply the preservation in nick to remove the stain on the sealant.The warranty which cover the following: fading, loss of gloss, crack induce by weather & oxidation. Although tree sap, bird dropping.... is not covered in the warranty, but with the use of the preservation, it could help to removed. PPS could prevent minor scratches, dents & chips off with impact of couse not able to prevent. There is nothing yet in the market is able to protect, not even with the best clear coat.
